Began his architectural rep career with Technical Products Company in St. Louis, covering Arkansas and working with specialty manufacturers across architectural metal, structural glass, skylights, and building envelope systems.
1999
Began representing Equus Metals, establishing a partnership that continues today.
Founded Ed Chitty & Associates, continuing key manufacturer relationships and establishing an independent presence in the architectural systems market.

2008
Expanded territory to include Oklahoma, broadening regional support for architects and project teams.
2014
Renamed the firm Featured Systems, reflecting a broader portfolio of specialized architectural systems and long-term manufacturing partnerships.
